    Plaquenil - @Luzz - Autoimmune diseases - 20140304 - Inspire Mar 04, 2014 I take Plaquenil and it does help greatly, but it's not enough by itself. I'm also on a half dose on methotrexate and the combo alleviates 99% of my pain and fatigue. I would not go on Prednisone as a maintenance drug. Too many side effects and it's too hard to come off of.
