    Inflammation without fever Want to ask the experts here, is it possible to have inflammation without a fever or do they go together? About 3 weeks ago I reduced Plaquenil to 200 mg daily due to a marked increase in hot flashes/night sweats and irritability. Not sure if that was the cause yet but I had to do something to get things under control again.
